Then Type -- net user and then hit enter...

Third step:
After that you will get all account names of your computer...
For example --- I have two accounts in my pc... first JACK and Second John. And I am using from JACK then I can change the password of JOHN. You will get all account names which are created in your computer...
Then type--- net user (username)
Now You will get all information about that user account...
Fourth Step:
Then Type --- net user (username) * .....
Here you go then you can enter your new password...
